Teaching Experience
Instructor for Managing Obstetric Emergency and Trauma (MOET), since 2003. Teaching 2 courses per annum on a voluntary basis for Advanced Life Support Group (ALSG UK). Recertified as an instructor 2007 and 2013. Instructed on more than 20 courses since becoming an instructor. Experience in running simulated obstetric and trauma training scenarios, workshops, lectures and discussions.
Instructor for the “Generic Instructor Course (GIC)” for ALSG UK since 2009. The GIC course is a train the trainer course for potential instructors on ALSG courses. Instructs on 1 course per year.
Invited to teach on the MOET and GIC courses in Australia (Sydney) in November 2009 and New Zealand (Wellington) in August 2013.
Practical Obstetrics Multi-professional Training (PROMPT) instructor. Instructed on PROMPT in China and Singapore
